RETURN, REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGE
AT SIMPLY YOU, WE STRIVE FOR THE UTMOST IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. THAT’S WHY WE OFFER A LIFETIME REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE WHICH COVERS DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP ON ANY SIMPLY YOU PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM AN AUTHORIZED SIMPLY YOU INDEPENDENT ADVISOR
This guarantee applies for normal use in a non-commercial environment for the purpose for which the product was intended, excluding normal wear and tear and consequences due to misuse. The following information outlines the procedure, and time frame, on how you may return, replace and exchange any piece of Simply You jewelry:
0-45 days – Full Refund or Exchange
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) to Simply You. (at the customer’s expense)
- For returns due to manufacturer’s defect Simply You will issue a $5 credit towards the future purchase of Simply You jewelry.
- The customer must complete the form and include it with the return item(s) and a copy of the original Customer Receipt that was included in your order.
- The return package must be postmarked within 45 days of the original ship date.
- The customer may return merchandise for any reason within forty-five (45) days of original ship date.
- Simply You will pay the cost to ship the replacement item back to the customer.
45-90 days – Exchange Due to Manufacturer’s Defect
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) to Simply You. (at the customer’s expense)
- The customer must complete the form below and include it with the return item(s) and a copy of the originaL Customer Receipt that was included in your order.
- Exchange will be made by the Company for the same item(s) only. If the piece is on back order or retired, the customer may select an alternate item of the same or greater value. If an item of greater value is selected, the customer will be charged the difference.
- A credit* can be put “on account” for a purchase (at a future date) of retired or back ordered items.
- Simply You will pay the cost to ship the replacement item back to the customer.
- No refunds will be issued.
90+ days – Exchange Due to Manufacturer’s Defect.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) to Simply You. (at the customer’s expense)
- The customer must complete the form below and include it with the return item(s) and a copy of the original Customer Receipt that was included in your order.
- Customers are kindly requested to add $5 per item handling fee.
- Exchange may be made for the same item only. If the piece is on back order or retired, the customer may select an alternate item of the same or greater value. If an item of greater value is selected, the customer will be charged the difference.
- A credit* can be put “on account” for a purchase (at a future date) of retired or back ordered items.
- Simply You will pay the cost to ship the replacement item back to the customer.
- No refunds will be issued.
*Credits may be redeemed by contacting Customer Care at 1-800-506-8905, customerservice@simplyyou.com; or by placing an order online. Credits may NOT be redeemed at future parties.
Please note: Simply You will not be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Please allow three weeks for processing; replacements will not ship until returned items are received at Simply You and inspected. Lost items are not covered by the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee.
